It was nice Saturday after noon, we were visiting my daughter and son in law and my grandkids in West TN. My cell phone rings, it’s a procurement manager for a large manufucturing facility in east TN. Their cleaning crew just literally walk off the job (I didn’t ask why)…
She says, “I need an emergency cleaning done – the place will be a wreck on Monday if I don’t have cleaners here on Sunday to do a good thorough deep clean”. Her operation was 24/7 – 3 shifts and the facility can get dirty quickly, since it almost never stops running.
I make a few calls to our management team in East TN (Knoxville), they assemble a deep cleaning crew for Sunday. On Monday, I deliver a proposal for 7 days per week, 3 shifts per day. She issues us a PO on Tuesday, our team started the regular janitorial on Wednesday.
They were happy, we were happy. It was just a great example of how the CMS team rallied together to help a prospect (client) in need. We provided a cleaning plan that met their needs and kept their facilities sparkling!
Great job CMS team! If you’ve got “Janitorial Migraines” like that….just let us know!!
