But Seriously: Nathaniel has been with CMS almost since the start in 1992. You won’t find a more dedicated GM than Nathaniel. He’s the hardest working person at CMS!
Guy Harris – Regional Sales Manager

Fun Facts: Claims he was a D1 college wrestler and that he actually half way decent but we can’t find any evidence to verify, his grandkids call him “GiGuy”, loves golf but has a bad back so he just does practice swings around the office, and for the grand finale….he cuts his own hair with the “as seen on TV” Flowbee and brags about the thousands he has saved over 14 years :)
But Seriously: Guy has handles all of CMS’ estimating, marketing, and manages the account managers. He’s totally dedicated to CMS and it’s mission to be the best janny service around!
Alex Williams – HR Manager
Years with CMS: 8 +
Fun Facts: UTC Graduate, loves to travel, has the most “swag” in the office (which isn’t saying alot), wins the “the most patient manager” award, has the voice of a late night jazz DJ :)
But Seriously: Alex handles of the CMS HR duties. He’s extremely organized and efficient. He makes HR look easy!
Dewayne Stapp – Manager Dalton GA
Years with CMS: 8 +
Fun Facts: Dewayne loves “roughing it in the great outdoors” (that’s if you consider renting a fancy cabin in the woods with a gas fireplace “roughing it”). Also, this man loves Jeeps more than anyone in the history of the world. He’s got the ducks to prove it!
But Seriously: Dewayne is just a pro! He handles all of his accounts with promptness and professionalism.
Richyle Payne – Branch Sales Manager Huntsville AL

Fun Facts: Loves being a G-Ma to “the best grandson in the world”, loves spending time with her family!

But Seriously: Dan is energetic, laser focused, and brings years of practical business experience to the table. Dan owned and operated an good size, successful IT company prior to jumping into the Facilities world.
Scott Corcoran – Branch Manager Cleveland/Athens TN

Fun Facts: Hails from the great state of New Jersey (if he get’s upset occasionally the “Jersey” comes out :). Scott was a former D1 Southern Conference Wrestling Champion, His friends call him “Cork” or “Corky”, Volunteer Coaches a Youth Wrestling team, Loves spending time with his family!!
But Seriously: Scott’s is just a likeable guy with vast business experience. He is honest and direct while being down to earth.
Darrell Satterwhite Sr. – Senior Account Manager – 20 + Years with CMS
Fun Facts: Darrell wins the best dressed award! You will never see him without a pressed shirt and dress pants. He’s so particular about his clothes, he even irons his jeans!

Dennis Plank – Regional Operations Manager 5 + years with CMS, 20+ Years Industry experience.
Fun Facts: Has an accounting degree from Southern Adventist University. He is Mr. Spreadsheet. Has an amazing personality for someone with an Accounting degree. Spends all of his extra money on his daughters cheer and dance teams and because of that, he may have to work until he’s 88 years old :)
