Success Story – It pays to answer the phone.

Think back several years ago, in the midst of the Covid Pandemic…. Companies were scrambling to keep their doors open, there was a shortage on labor.  If someone sneezed in the office – everyone ran for the hills.  Boy, I sure don’t miss those days…

On Friday night at 10PM, our GM was working at the office wrapping up some paperwork and the phone rings….he picks it up, it’s a management company for a large distribution company, they had a Covid outbreak earlier that week in one of their freight terminals and needed to have the terminal cleaned and disinfected by the CDC standards to keep operating. 

Our GM gets on it…..and…..long story short, we had a disinfiection crew there the next morning at 9AM with electrostatic sprayers and all the cleaning materials needed.  The client was so happy, it opened up a avenue for a great business relationship.  

Fast forward 4-5 years later, we now service about 30 facilities for this client across the Southeast.  

Moral of the story…it pays to answer the phone!
